1895 begann bei der Société d'Électricité et d'Automobiles Mors mit Hilfe von Henri Brasier die Automobilproduktion. 1898 erreichte die Produktion 200 Autos pro Jahr. Im Zug der Wirtschaftskrise des Jahres 1908 kam das Unternehmen in Schwierigkeiten. Es kam zur Umbenennung in Société d'Automobiles Mors. 1909 wurde die Firma unter der Leitung von André Citroën reorganisiert und gelangte in der Folgezeit immer mehr unter dessen Einfluss. 1925 gehörten nahezu alle Einrichtungen der Gesellschaft Citroën. Als Marke erscheint der Name Mors zuletzt 1956.
The Société d'Électricité et d'Automobiles Mors was supported by Henri Brasier, when it started the production of cars in 1895. The company produced 200 cars per year in 1898, but went into difficulties, after the economic crises of 1908. The name was changed to Société d'Automobiles Mors, and the company was reorganised under the leadership of André Citroën in 1909. It was more and more controlled by André Citroën in the following time. Almost all facilities belonged to André Citroën in 1925. The trade mark Mors was used until 1956.
