 Die Firma wurde 1911 unter Mitwirkung der Creditanstalt und des Wiener Bankvereins gegründet. Dabei wurde das in der Mariahilferstraße / Lindengasse gelegene Warenhaus der Firma A. Gerngross übernommen. Sehr dekorativ gestaltete Aktie!
