Die Ursprungsauflage betrug 1.000 Stück, nach Volleinzahlung betrug sie nur noch 200 Stück! Rarität aus einer alten Sammlung!

Die Gesellschaft wurde am 03.06.1898 gegründet. Dabei brachte einer der Gründer Rechte in die Gesellschaft ein, die er von der AG Maschinenfabrik Augsburg, von Friedr. Krupp sowie von der Breslauer AG für Eisenbahn-Wagenbau erhalten hatte. Geschäftszweck der Firma war die Herstellung von Dieselmotoren und anderen Maschinen. Das Diesel-Patent lief allerdings im Jahr 1908 ab. Aus diesem Grund wurde im Jahr 1911 die Liquidation der Gesellschaft beschlossen.

The original edition amounted to 1,000 pieces, after the total payment was made it amounted only to 200 pieces! Rarity from an old collection! The company was founded on 03 June 1898. In doing so one of the founders introduced rights into the company which he received from the Aktiengesellschaft Maschinenfabrik Augsburg, from Friedrich Krupp and also from the Breslauer AG for railway wagon construction. Purpose of the company’s business was the production of diesel engines and other machines. The Diesel patent expired in 1908. For that reason in 1911 the liquidation of the company was concluded.
