Factos históricos (Inglês) |
Samuel Linging, merchant in the City of London, and his wife Frances sell One Share to Sarah Stockdale, a widow from Scarborough, County of York. It seems to be private selling and not increasing the capital stock. At that time the Dock Company planned to build a Dock Quay in the port of Kingston upon Hull. The first stone of the Humber Dock was laid in 1807 then. |
