(20 mit Buntstift), 35,1 x 22,1 cm, schwarz, beige, weinrot, Umrandung und das Wort „Actie“ im Golddruck, Rand fachgerecht restauriert, Erhaltung VF, herrliche Gestaltung mit dem Wappen der Stadt Altona sowie Abbildungen aus dem Theaterbereich. Nach unseren Recherchen erst zwei Mal (1989 und 1999) versteigert. Rarität aus einer alten Sammlung! | |||

Altona, 1 May 1845, Unissued Certificate of a Founders‘ Share for 100 Schlesw. Holst. Courant = 1/400th part, o. Nr. (20 with coloured pencil), 35.1 x 22.1 cm, black, beige, maroon, border and the word „Actie“ in goldprint, edge repaired professional, superb design with the coat of arms of the city of Altona as well as with pictures from the theatre. According to our research it was auctioned two times before (1989 and 1999). Rarity from an old collection! | |||

Im 17. Jahrhundert kamen die ersten Schauspielgruppen in Altona, das damals noch zu Schleswig-Holstein gehörte, an. Sie spielten zunächst unter freiem Himmel, später in Gaststätten oder Scheunen. Das erste richtige Theater wurde 1781 auf einem freien Platz an der Breitstraße 462 (später Palmaille) errichtet. Auf Grund des mangelnden wirtschaftlichen Erfolgs wurde das Theater im Jahr 1869 geschlossen. Am 12. Dezember 1874 wurde eine neue Gesellschaft, die ebenfalls Actien-Gesellschaft des Altonaer Schauspielhauses hieß, gegründet. Sie eröffnete schon bald ein Theater an der Königsstraße. Die neue Gesellschaft zahlte eine Abfindung von 48.000 Mark an die früheren Aktionäre des Schauspielhauses. Die Stadt Altona beteiligte sich mit 12.000 Mark an dem Unternehmen und der preußische König subventionierte das Theater mit 6.000 Mark jährlich. Am 20. Juni 1919 wurde die Gesellschaft in Altonaer Stadttheater AG umfirmiert. 1943 wurde das Stadttheater während der Bombenangriffe zerstört. 1954 fand das Theater in der Aula im Haus der Jugend (Gewerbeschule) eine neue Spielstätte. 1994 musste die Bühne schließen. Doch nur ein Jahr später gelang auf Initiative von Axel Schneider und Dietrich Wersich die Neueröffnung. Seither befindet sich das Altonaer Stadttheater in der Museumstraße 17. | |||

The first group of actors arrived in Altona, which belonged that time to Schleswig-Holstein, in the 17th century. They played in the open air in the very first beginning and in restaurants and barns later. The first true theatre was built on a free piazza at the Breitestraße 462 (later called Palmaille) in 1781. The theatre had to be closed because of lacking economic success in 1869. A new company, which was also called Actien-Gesellschaft des Altonaer Schauspielhauses, was incorporated on 12 December 1874. It opened a theatre on the Königsstraße a short time later. The new company paid a compensation of 48,000 Marks to the former shareholders of the theatre. The city of Altona invested 12,000 Mark in the new company and the King of Prussia paid a subvention of 6,000 Marks per year. The name of the company was changed to Altonaer Stadttheater AG on 20 June 1919. The theatre was destroyed by bombs in 1943. It found a new stage in the auditorium of the Haus der Jugend (youth centre) in 1954. It had to close in 1994. But only one year later, a re-opening was managed on the initiative of Axel Schneider and Dietrich Wersich. The Altonaer Stadttheater is located in Museumstraße 17 since that time. | |||
