Nachdem im Jahr 1909 die Zuckerfabrik abgebrannt war, wurde sie von der Zuckerfabrik Dirschau in Dirschau übernommen. Die Gesellschaft ging fortan in Liquidation. Die Aktionäre erhielten laut Generalversammlungsbeschluss vom 6. Juni 1910 135 Prozent des Nominalwertes, was 675 Mark entsprach. Die Zuckerfabrik Dirschau wurde 1945 aufgelöst.
The sugar plant burned off in 1909, it was taken over by the Zuckerfabrik Dirschau in Dirschau. The Ceres-Zuckerfabrik Dirschau was liquidated. According to the decision of the general assembly of 6 June 1910 the shareholders got 675 Marks per share or 135 per cent of the nominal value. The Zuckerfabrik Dirschau was liquidated in 1945.
