nach unseren Informationen ist seit rund 40 Jahren nur die-
ses eine Exemplar bekannt!
Nachdem im Jahr 1909 die Zuckerfabrik abgebrannt war, wurde
sie von der Zuckerfabrik Dirschau in Dirschau übernommen.
Die Gesellschaft ging fortan in Liquidation. Die Aktionäre erhiel-
ten laut Generalversammlungsbeschluss vom 6. Juni 1910 135
Prozent des Nominalwertes, was 675 Mark entsprach. Die Zuc-
kerfabrik Dirschau wurde 1945 aufgelöst

The sugar plant burned off in 1909, it was taken over by the Zuc-
kerfabrik Dirschau in Dirschau. The Ceres-Zuckerfabrik
Dirschau was liquidated. According to the decision of the general
assembly of 6 June 1910 the shareholders got 675 Marks per
share or 135 per cent of the nominal value. The Zuckerfabrik
Dirschau was liquidated in 1945.
