 Die Anleihe wurde aufgelegt um zahlreiche Minen in South Staffordshire und East Worcestershire trockenzulegen. Die Rückzahlung erfolgte über eine Abgabe, die auf alle in den Gebieten geförderten Erze erhoben wurde.
