 Die Gesellschaft wurde 1854 gegründet. Sie betrieb eine 43 Meilen lange Strecke von Delaware nach Springfield (Ohio). 1864 wurde die Strecke Teil der Cleveland, Columbus & Cincinnati Railroad Company.

 The company was incorporated in 1854. It operated 43 miles of railway track between Delaware and Springfield in Ohio. The line became part of the Cleveland, Columbus & Cincinnati Railroad Company in 1864.
