 Die Gesellschaft wurde 1868 gegründet. Sie betrieb eine 81 Meilen lange Bahn von Baltimore nach Drum Point am Chesapeake Bay. Die Bahn hatte ein Verkehrsabkommen mit der Baltimore & Ohio Railroad.

 The railroad company was founded in 1868. It operated a 81 mile long railway from Baltimore to Drum Point at the Chesapeake Bay. The company had a transport agreement with the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad.
