 Die Gesellschaft wurde 1868 gegründet. Sie betrieb eine 81 Meilen lange Bahn von Baltimore nach Drum Point am Chesapeake Bay. Die Bahn hatte ein Verkehrsabkommen mit der Baltimore & Ohio Railroad.
