History (English)
 Similar to most Ottoman government stocks, this one is designed in an extremely large format and very ornamental. Bi-colored, orientalizing border, bi-colored sub-print with a big star and crescent, art deco elements and a magnificent arabesque pattern. The tughra of Abdulhamid II. is embedded in the center of the headline.
