 Clement Biddle (1740-1814) war ein langjähriger Vertrauter des ersten US-Präsidenten George Washington. Bei dem Papier handelt es sich um das europäische Zertifikat der Bank of the United States. Nur mit diesen Zertifikaten konnten die Aktien der Gesellschaft in Europa gehandelt werden.
History (English)
 Clement Biddle was a confidant of many years of the first President of the US, George Washington. The paper represents the European certificate of the Bank of the United States. The company’s shares could only be traded in Europe with these certificates.
