 Die Gesellschaft wurde im Jahr 1909 eingetragen. Sie war eine Neugründung der 1901 entstandenen Indian Glenrock (Wynaad) Company, Limited. Die Firma besaß ca. 9.000 Acres Land im Süden Indiens, von denen 3.000 Acres zur Pflanzung und Nutzung von Parakautschukbäumen genutzt wurden.
History (English)
 The company was registered in 1909. It was a reconstruction of the Indian Glenrock (Wynaad) Company, Limited, which was registered in 1901. The company owned about 9,000 acres in Southern India, 3,000 of which it was intended to plant with Para rubber.
