 Charles Pratt (1830 - 1891) war zunächst Director der Charles Pratt & Co. und baute wichtige Raffinerien in New York. 1874 kam seine Firma zur Standard Oil Company. Fortan war Pratt auch Director bei der Standard Oil.

 Issued to and on the reverse signed by Charles Pratt. Charles Pratt (1830-1891) was first of all director of Charles Pratt & Co. and built important refineries in New York. In 1874 his company came to the Standard Oil Company. From this time on, Pratt was also director at Standard Oil.
