History (German)
 Die Gesellschaft wurde 1926 mit einem Kapital von 500.000 £ gegründet. Sie war direkt im Hafen von Istanbul ansässig und betätigte sich in der Löschung von Fracht sowie als Schiffsausrüster. Sehr dekorativer Wert mit der Reedereiflagge in der Kopfvignette. Die braune Fotovignette zeigt den Hafen der Stadt mit mehreren Schiffen und Booten sowie einem großen Dampfer. Die Bordüre stellt ein Blatt-Arabeskenmuster dar, das von der Reedereivignette und 5 Siegeln durchbrochen wird. Oben zwei Wertsiegel, unten mittig das Reedereisiegel sowie links und rechts jeweils ein Siegel mit dem Symbol des Erdballs, darin der türkische Halbmond mit Stern. Der Unterdruck stellt ein alternierendes Muster aus vierblättrigen Kleeblättern und Sternen dar.
History (English)
 The company was founded in 1926 with a capital of £ 500,000. It was located directly in the harbor of Istanbul and was active in the unloading of freight as well as in equipping ships. Very decorative value with the shipping company’s flag in the head vignette. The brown photo vignette displays the harbor of the city with several ships and boats as well as a big steamboat. The border represents the pattern of an arabesque of leaves which is broken by the shipping company’s vignette and five seals. Two seals of value on top, in the center on the bottom the shipping company’s seal and to the left and right each a seal with the symbol of the globe and therein the Turkish crescent and star. The sub-print shows an alternating pattern of four-leaved clover leaves and stars.
