Auf der Aktie sind Dividendenzahlungen und Übertragungen bis zum Jahr 1928 dokumentiert! Alle seinerzeit amtierenden Direktoren haben im Original signiert! Uns sind nur zwei weitere Exemplare aus dem frühesten Ausgabejahr 1820 bekannt! Rarität! | |||

Trondheim aar 1820, Actiebrev for 50 Speciedalere, #3021, 35.4 x 21.8 cm, black, white, cancellation holes, stamps, folds, edge damage repaired, red seal (brocken). On the share are dividend payments and share transfers receiped till 1928. All acting Directors signed the share certificate. We only know of two other copies with were issued as early as 1820. Rarity! | |||

Im Jahr 1814 wurde Norwegen durch den Kieler Frieden von Dänemark unabhängig. Bereits zwei Jahre nach der Selbständigkeit wurde die Norges Bank, die norwegische Notenbank, am 14.06.1816 gegründet. Die neue Währung war der Speciedaler, eingeteilt in 120 Skillings oder fünf Ort zu je 24 Skillings. Der Sitz der Bank war zunächst in der alten Regierungsstadt Trondheim. Erst ab 1897 wurde der Sitz nach Kristiania, dem heutigen Oslo verlegt. 1940 wurde der Sitz der Notenbank dann zeitweise sogar nach London verlegt und die norwegische Regierung installierte einen neuen Vorstand. Erst im Jahr 1949 hat der Norwegische Staat die Bank komplett übernommen und eine Abfindung an die freien Aktionäre gezahlt. Das vorliegende Aktienzertifikat war mehr als 100 Jahre im Umlauf! | |||
History (English) |
Norway became independent from Denmark by the Peace of Kiel in 1814. The Norges Bank, the central bank of Norway, was founded two years after the independence on 14 June 1816. The new currency was the Speciedaler. It was divided in 120 Skillings or five Ort each 24 Skillings. The headquarters of the issue bank were in Trondheim. It was moved to Christiania, today’s Oslo, not before 1897. In 1940, the headquarters were moved to London and the Norwegian Government installed a new executive board. The Norwegian Government took over the Norges Bank in complete not before 1949. Compensation to the share holders was paid. The offered share certificate was more than 100 years valid. | |||
