 Gegründet wurde die Gesellschaft auf Grund einer Konzession der Stadtpräfektur und mit Genehmigung des Sultans im Jahre 1914. Sie versorgte die Stadtteile Pera und Yenikeuy mit Gas. Den abgetrennten Kupons zufolge zahlte die Gesellschaft immerhin 27 Jahre lang eine Dividende. Höchst dekorativer Wert mit orientalisierender Säulenumrandung und Doppel-Mihrâb. Im Unterdruck ein großer Halbmond mit Stern. Auf Papier mit Wasserzeichen (Lorbeerkränze) gedruckt.

 The company was founded in 1914 due to a license from the city prefecture and by permission of the sultan. It supplied the quarters of Pera und Yenikeuy with gas. According to the detached coupons the company paid dividends for after all 27 years. Highly decorative value with orientalizing border or columns and double mihrâb. A big crescent with star in the sub-print. Printed on paper with water mark (laurel wreaths).
