 Die Gesellschaft wurde am 25. Oktober 1919 gegründet. Sie betrieb Finanzgeschäfte für Minengesellschaften und war selbst an Minen (Camp Bird Ld., Lagares Tin Mines (1933) Ltd., Mawchi Mines Ld., Mill Mines Ld. und Moler Products Ld. beteiligt.1934 erwarb die Gesellschaft zusammen mit Falcon Mines Ld. Bergbauoptionen für Westafrika. Diese wurden später an die Ashanti & Gold Coast Mining Corporation Limited verkauft.

 The company was incorporated on 25 October 1919. It carried on all kinds of finance business, more especially in concexion with the mining industry. It owned interests in Camp Bird Ld., Lagares Tin Mines (1933) Ltd., Mawchi Mines Ld., Mill Mines Ld. and Moler Products Ld. It owned mining options in West Africa, together with Falcon Mines. The options were sold to Ashanti & Gold Coast Mining Corporation, Limited, later.
