Die 1889 gegründete Gesellschaft erschloss und baute entlang der Uhlandstraße. Dort besaß sie ein 45 Hektar großes Terrain, das sich von der Lietzenburger Straße wie ein langes Handtuch bis zur Güntzelstraße erstreckte. Die Gesellschaft legte mehr als ein halbes Dutzend Straßen an, wie beispielsweise die Pfalzburger Straße oder die Holstein’sche Straße. Der Verkauf der Baugrundstücke und Häuser, insbesondere der Villen, verlief gewinnbringend, da entlang der Uhlandstraße eine Straßenbahnlinie errichtet wurde. 1893 wurde nach erfolgreichem Geschäftsverlauf die Liquidation beschlossen. Diese zog sich bis 1903 hin. | |||

The company was incorporated in 1889. It developed and built along Uhlandstraße, Berlin. It owned a property of 45 hectare. This property stretched like a long towel from the Lietzenburger Straße to the Güntzelstraße. The company laid out more than a half dozen of streets, like Pfalzburger Straße or Holstein’sche Straße. The company sold the building lots and houses, especially the villas, with large profits, because there was a tramway line built along the Uhlandstraße. After successful business the liquidation of the company was decided in 1893. The liquidation was finished in 1903. | |||
