The company was incorporated in 1889. It developed and built along Uhlandstraße, Berlin. It owned a property of 45 hectare. This pro- perty stretched like a long towel from the Lietzenburger Straße to the Güntzelstraße. The company laid out more than a half dozen of streets, like Pfalzburger Straße or Holstein’sche Straße. The company sold the building lots and houses, especially the villas, with large profits, because there was a tramway line built along the Uhlandstraße. After successful business the liquidation of the company was de- cided in 1893. The liquidation was finished in 1903. Die Gesellschaft legte mehr als ein halbes Dut- zend Straßen an, wie beispielsweise die Pfalzburger Straße oder die Holstein’sche Straße. Der Verkauf der Baugrundstücke und Häuser, insbesondere der Villen, verlief gewinnbringend, da entlang der Uhlandstraße eine Straßenbahnlinie errichtet wurde. 1893 wurde nach erfolgreichem Geschäftsverlauf die Liquidation beschlossen.
