Huntington, Mark Hopkins, Charles Crocker und Leland Stanford) waren, verpachtete die Central Pacific Railroad ihren Besitz an die Southern Pacific und reorganisierte sich als Central Pacific Railway. |

Therefore the Central Pacific Railroad leased its assets to the Southern Pacific and reorganised itself as Central Pacific Railway. |
