Die wunderschöne Farblithographie wurde von J. W. Frey gestaltet, der auch in der Platte signiert hat. Dargestellt ist das Firmengelände an der Theiß. Auf dem Fluss sind zwei Lastkähne und ein Dampfschiff zu sehen. Im oberen Teil der Aktie befindet sich ein Zug, der eine Talbrücke überquert. Zahlreiche Detailabbildungen aus der Schifffahrt und Industrie. | |||

The share was designed by J. W. Frey. He signed in the plate. At the share we see the company plant at the river Theiß. On the river are two barges and one steamer. In the upper part of the certificate we see a train crossing a bridge. There are several more small pictures on the certificate regarding shipping and industry. | |||
