Die Gesellschaft wurde 1892 gegründet. Anfangs wurde eine Militärausrüstungsversicherung angeboten, da diese seinerzeit noch selbst bezahlt werden musste. Ab 1903 wurden auch Lebensversicherungen in Bosnien und Ungarn und ab 1908 auch in Österreich angeboten. 1917 wurde die Firma dann in eine AG umgewandelt. |

The company was founded in 1892. In its first years it offered a savings plan for military equipment. This was necessary because soldiers had to pay itself for their equipment. After 1903 the company offered also life insurance in Bosnia and Hungary. In 1908 the insurance started also life insurance in Austria. In 1917 the company was changed to a joint-stock-company. |
