Dear Sir or Madam,

We are proud to present a high quality scripophily offer.

The 50 highlights of the auction are shown with large pic-

tures and texts in German and English or Russian langua-

ge. As done in the last auctions we divided the auction in

two parts. The first part is the 41st auction (public auc-

tion) at April 16th. It contains the lots 1 to 788. It is our

goal to offer in the public auction those lots, which are

interesting for collectors attending our live auctions.

Therefore you will find many rare items in our 42nd auc-

tion (online auction), too. This auction contains the lots

789 to 2,052. Please use our indices and our search engine

at our web page. The web page is available in eleven lan-

guages! At the web search you can also combine your search. You can for

example only look for items from one idustry from one country. This will

give you a quick overview over the items which are fitting in your collection.

One focus at our spring auction is scripophily from the 17th, 18th and

early 19th century. The offered share in the Ship Bridget / Providence

(Lot 568), issued in 1647, is one of the earliest share certificates available

to collectors. Very old, especially for German Scripophily, is lot 575, the

Founder’s Share of the Zweyte Assecuranz-Compagnie in Lübeck. It is the

oldest Scripohily item from Schleswig-Holstein.

We offer a broad range of German stocks and bonds that are issued after

World War II and denominated in Deutsch Mark. Especially interesting

are the items of the predecessors and successors of the

Dresdner Bank. Very impressive is the collection of cer-

tificates from American Express (Lot 586). It shows how

a simple business idea turned into a large business and

finally in the creation of one of the most valuable brands

in the world.

The auction will take place in the Barockhäuser (Grei-

singsäle) at Neubaustr. 12, 97070 Würzburg (Germany).

Please feel free to contact us for free maps. After the auc-

tion there will be a dinner at Backöfele restaurant (Ursu-

linengasse 2, Würzburg) only 300 meters away from the

auction room. If you want take part there, please make

reservation with our office (E-Mail:

auktion@hwph.de

or Telephone: +49-

8106-246186). Deadline is April 13th.

Our autumn auction 2016 will take place in Wiesbaden on October 15th,

2016. We will hold an auction in Würzburg again in spring 2017. We are

looking for high quality consignments and whole collections for these two

auctions already now. Please make your suggestions and send me an e-

mail to:

auktion@hwph.de

.

Have fun and good luck at finding new items for your collection!
