History (German)
 Die Gesellschaft eröffnete 1872 die Strecken von Mount Dallas in Pennsylvania bis zur Staatsgrenze von Maryland sowie von Dunning Creek Branch nach Holderbaum in Pennsylvania. Die Betriebsführung erfolgte durch die Pennslylvania Central Railroad. Im Jahr 1891 wurde die Firma als Bedford and Bridgeport Railway reorganisiert.
History (English)
 The company opened the lines from Mount Dalles in Pennsylvania to the state border with Maryland as well as the line from Dunning Creek Branch to Holderbaum, Pennsylvania in 1872. The railway was operated by the Pennsylvania Central Railroad. The company was reorganized as Bedford and Bridgeport Railway in 1891.
