 Die Gesellschaft wurde am 31. Juli 1901 gegründet. Sie wollte eine 11,7 Meilen lange Bahnstrecke zwischen Webb und Parchan, Mississippi, bauen, wovon 4 Meilen fertiggestellt wurden. Die Illinois Central übernahm später die Mehrheit und baute die Strecke fertig. 1907 wurde die Strecke eröffnet.
