 Der von der Union Bank ausgegebene Bond des Staates Mississippi wurde vor allem in Großbritannien platziert. Die Anleihe wurde jedoch nicht zurückgezahlt, weshalb sie später zum Gegenstand von Prozessen wurde.

 The bond of the State of Mississippi was issued by the Union Bank. It was mainly sold in Great Britain. The bond was not repaid. Therefore several bondholders sued the Government.
