 Die Gesellschaft wurde 1871 gegründet und führte die seit 1784 bestehende Reineck'sche Brauerei und das Destillationsgeschäft sowie die Preuss'sche Brauerei fort. 1940 wurde der Betrieb auf die Memeler Ostquell Brauerei GmbH übertragen.
History (English)
 The company was founded in 1871. It continued brewing business and the distillery of the Reineck'sche Brauerei (existing since 1784) and the Preuss'sche Brauerei. In 1940 the business was transferred to the Memeler Ostquell Brauerei GmbH.
