 Die Gesellschaft wurde 1919 von der schwedischen Nobel-Familie unter Beteiligung einer polnischen Bank gegründet. Es sollte Öl in Polen gefördert werden. 1920 beteiligte sich die Standard Oil Company an der Firma. 1937 wurde die Liquidation beschlossen.
History (English)
 The company was founded by the Swedish Nobel family and a Polish Bank in 1919. It was planned to drill in Poland for oil. The Standard Oil Company bought a share in the company in 1920. It was liquidated in 1937.
