 Die in Manchester ansässige Firma war ein Produzent von Stahlschienen, wie sie im Eisenbahnbau eingesetzt wurden. Quellen zufolge verkaufte sie alleine an die Quebec Central Railway bereits 1877 4.000 Tonnen davon.

 Located in Manchester, the company was a producer of steel rails. At least the Quebec Central Railway bought 4,000 tons from it in 1877.
