 Im 19. Jahrhundert wurden im Hafen von Swansea insgesamt neun Trockendocks errichtet. Das letzte dieser Docks war das Prince of Wales Dry Dock. Es wurde 1898 eröffnet, während die zugehörige Firma ein Jahr zuvor (1897) gegründet worden war.
History (English)
 During the 19th century, a total of nine new dry docks were built within the Port of Swansea. The final one of these was the Prince of Wales Dry Dock. It opened in 1898, while the company was registered one year before (1897).
