History (German)
 Das Unternehmen wurde 1942 gegründet und stellt seitdem unter der Marke „Vandurit“ Spezialwerkzeuge her. Zu den Kunden zählen neben Automobilherstellern auch Maschinenbauer und Firmen, die in der Luft- und Raumfahrt tätig sind. Mit der Vandurit GmbH wurde 1986 in Burscheid eine deutsche Vertriebsgesellschaft gegründet. 1994 übernahm sie die Anteile von der italienischen Muttergesellschaft und ist heute unabhängig am neuen Firmenstandort Leverkusen tätig. In Italien hingegen lebt Vandurit in der Sharp Metal S.p.A. weiter.
History (English)
 The company was incorporated in 1942, and produced special tools under the trademark "Vandurit". Customers of the company were car manufacturers and engineering companies, as well as companies which were active in the aerospace. The German distribution company was incorporated in Burscheid under the name Vandurit GmbH in 1986. It took over shares of the parent company in 1994. It is an independent company located in Leverkusen nowadays. In Italy Vandurit nowadays exists as Sharp Metal S. p. A.
