 Madame Tussaud's Wachsfigurenkabinett ist eine der großen Attraktionen Londons. Die 1761 in Straßburg als Marie Grosholtz geborene Gründerin des Wachsfigurenkabinetts modellierte alles was prominent war. 1802 ging sie in England zusammen mit Ihrem Gatten, dem Ingenieur Francois Tussaud auf Tour und ließ sich in London nieder.
History (English)
 Madame Tussaud's waxworks is one of the most popular attractions of London. The founder of the waxworks, Marie Grosholtz was born 1761 in Strasbourg. She mould many prominent people. In 1802 she and her husband Francois Tussaud showed her work on a tour in the United Kingdom and settled down in London.
