History (German)
 Die 1871 gegründete Bahn betrieb die Strecke Prag-Brüx-Klostergrab-Moldau. 1884 übernahm die Staatsbahn die Betriebsführung, acht Jahre später wurden auch die Bahnanlagen vom Staat übernommen. Geblieben ist der Gesellschaft ihr Bergwerksbesitz.
History (English)
 The company was founded in 1871. It operated the line Prag-Brüx-Klostergrab-Moldau. In 1884 the National Railway took over the operational railway. In 1892 the government took over the railway track. After this time the company only owned their mining business.
