 Die Kanalgesellschaft wurde 1793 gegründet. Sie baute und betrieb den 145 Kilometer langen Kanal. Der Kanal beginnt in Brentford an der Themse und mündet bei Braunston in den Oxford-Kanal.
History (English)
 The canal company was incorporated in 1793. It built and operated the 145 kilometers long canal. The canal ran from Brentford at the Themse to Braunston, where it terminated in the Oxford-Canal.
