 Die belgische Gesellschaft wurde 1898 gegründet. Sie wurde vom König von Portugal ermächtigt, Naturkautschuk und Guttapercha aus den portugiesischen Kolonien zu importieren und in Portugal zu verarbeiten.
History (English)
 The Belgian company was incorporated in 1898. It was granted the right by the King of Portugal to import natural caoutchouc and Guttapercha from the Portuguese colonies and to process them in Portugal.
