 Die Gesellschaft wurde bereits 1838 gegründet. Sie war einer der erfolgreichen Hersteller von Pianos in Philadelphia. Die Firma überlebte zwar noch die Weltwirtschaftskrise, ging aber in den 1940er-Jahren dann unter.
History (English)
 The company was established in 1838. It was one of the successful piano manufacturers of Philadelphia. It even survived the Great depression, but went out of business in the early 1940s.
