 Die Gesellschaft wurde 1899 gegründet und stellte Farben, insbesondere Vidalfarben, her. Die Vidal Fixed Aniline Dyes Ltd (London) brachte 28 deutsche Patente und Patentanmeldungen ein und erhielt hierfür 960 Aktien á 1.000 Mark. Das Grundkapital betrug 1,12 Millionen Mark.
