 Die Gesellschaft besaß eine Mine in der Nähe von Prescott, Arizona. Sie war eine Tochter der Development Company of America. Ein paar Jahre nach der Gründung wurde das Grundstück verkauft und die Gesellschaft aufgelöst.
History (English)
 The company owned a mine near Prescott, Arizona, and was a subsidiary of the Development Company of America. A few years after incorporation, the property was sold and the company was liquidated.
