 H. T. Knapp war Trustee und schätzungsweise auch Namensgeber des Syndikats. Er konnte seinerzeit wohl noch nicht ahnen, welche Bedeutung die auf dem Zertifikat verwendeten Symbole nur wenige Jahre später haben sollten.

 H.T. Knapp was Trustee of the company, which is probably also named by him. It seems that he wasn’t able to anticipate which meaning the used symbols will bear just a few years later …
