 1899 gegründet, plante die Gesellschaft die Produktion von Öl aus Baumwollsamen. Dazu wollte man eine ganze Kette von Mühlen errichten, die von Texas bis zum Atlantik reichen sollte. Leider kam man nicht weiter als Jackson, Mississippi, ehe der Geschäftsbetrieb 1911 eingestellt wurde.
History (English)
 Registered in 1899, the company planned to refine oil from cotton seeds. A chain of mills should have been built from Texas to the Atlantic. It didn't get farther than Jackson, Mississippi, and went out of business in 1911.
