History (German)
 1880 startete die Gesellschaft mit 50 Kunden in Cedar Rapids und 13 in Marion. Bis 1900 stieg die Kundenzahl auf 965 und zehn Jahre später waren 5.199 Kunden erreicht. 1909 schloss sich die Gesellschaft mir der Iowa Telephone Company zusammen und wurde so Teil des Bell-Systems.
