 Boston, 1 November 1889, 365 Shares á US-$ 100, #3, 17.7 x 26 cm, black, beige, folds, cancelled by pen, stamp and holes, vignette with train. The only issued certificate listed in Cox catalogue. Certificate #13 was discovered unissued.
