 Die Gesellschaft wurde 1909 im Zuge der Reorganisation einer Firma mit ähnlichem Namen registriert. Sie hielt Schürfrechte für ein 42 Quadratmeilen großes Territorium in den indischen Distrikten Shimoga und Kadur.

 In 1909, the company was registered in reconstruction of a company of similar name. It owned prospecting licences in respect of 42 square miles of territory, located in the Shimoga and Kadur districts, India.
