 Die Gesellschaft wurde 1935 von Shripaul Chandera Jaina gegründet. Jaina, der ein Jahr zuvor aus Indien nach England gekommen war, plante in seinem Heimatland moralisch einwandfreie britische Filme zu vertreiben.
