History (German)
 Die im Juni 1885 gegründete Gesellschaft baute eine Eisenbahnlinie zwischen Prescott Junction (später Seligman genannt) und Prescott in Arizona. In Prescott Junction hatte die Bahn Anschluss an die Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe Railroad. Die Linie wurde am 31. Dezember 1886 eröffnet.
History (English)
 The company was chartered in June 1885. It built a railway track between Prescott Junction (later called Seligman) and Prescott in Arizona. At Prescott Junction the line was connected to the Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe Railroad. The road was opened on 31 December 1886.
