 Die Gesellschaft errichtete und betrieb die 21 Meilen lange Strecke Erie Ave, Junction (Philadelphia) bis Newton (Philadelphia). Nachdem die Pennsylvania Railroad die Strecke zunächst pachtete, übernahm sie diese 1876.
History (English)
 The company built and operated a 21 miles long railway from Erie Ave, Junction (Philadelphia) to Newton (Philadelphia). The Pennsylvania Railroad leased the line and took it over finally in 1876.
