 Die Anleihe wurde aufgenommen um die Tientsin-Shanhaikwan- und Tientsin-Lukowchiao-Railway (International) Loans abzulösen sowie um die Bahnstrecke Tientsin-Shanhaikwan mit Abzweig nach Hsinmin und die Kowpangtze-Yinkow Railway zu finanzieren.
History (English)
 The bond was issued to repay the Tientsin-Shanhaikwan- and Tientsin-Lukowchiao-Railway (International) Loans and to finance the track Tientsin-Shanhaikwan with link to Hsinmin. The Kowpangtze-Yinkow Railway was also financed with this loan.
