 Alexandria, 5 January 1864 / Kairo, 13 February 1864, Bill of Exchange for 195,000 Egyptian Piastres, #69, 29.7 x 42.2 cm, black on blue paper, folds, small tears, text in three languages: Arabic, French, English, original signature of the Egyptian Minister for Foreign Affairs, faksimile signature of the Egyptian Finance Minister, original signature of the bank H. Oppenheim, Neveu & Cie.

 Der Wechsel wurde von den in Alexandria beheimateten Bankiers H. Oppenheim, Neveu & Co. und Ed. Dervieu & Cie. an die ägyptische Regierung gewährt. Ausgestellt am 01.01.1864 war der Wechsel am 01.08.1865 zur Rückzahlung fällig.
History (English)
 The Bill of Exchange was issued by the Alexandria bankers H. Oppenheim, Neveu & Co. and Ed. Dervieu & Cie to the Egyptian Government. The loan was granted on 1 January 1864 for repayment on 1 August 1865.
